Louise previously spent five years working for the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) in Berkshire, where she learned a great deal about road design and transport planning. In her role as an Accident Researcher, Louise attended over 400 road traffic collisions in real time, alongside the emergency services.

Having witnessed some distressing scenes, especially those involving inexperienced drivers, Louise decided to become a Driving Instructor to help people to drive safely once they are driving alone, rather than simply helping the, to pass a driving test - this is a very different thing!

Louise now also trains driving instructors, showing them how to teach safe driving for life, so that the roads become safer for everybody.
